The location of the hotel is also terrific, being just steps away from 101 and lots of restaurants, shopping, movie theatres, etc. If you are not superstitious and merely need a place to sleep, the Taipei Grand Hyatt will do. Bar's a bit dull, breakfast a little patchy, check in and check out were both unnecessarily slow. Nothing to hate, but nothing to be excited about. Oh, and no sign of a ghost, either.
